How do I read and prioritize Reddit leads?
Each lead has a score from 0 to 100. A score of 60 or more is a hot lead. Start with the highest scores and the freshest posts, read the one-line reason it matched, then draft a reply. Mark each leadreplied, saved or ignored so it leaves your open list.
How often does it scan?
Once a day automatically. You can also click Run scan for an extra scan, up to 3 a day. A manual scan starts within about 5 minutes. A daily email lists new leads. What does the score mean?
The score reflects the intent of the post, where your keywords appear (a title match counts more), and the AI check against your business description and buyer type. Posts that do not fit your buyer are dropped before you see them.
What are the intents?
How do I handle a lead?
- Open the lead and read the post and the reason it matched.
- Ask for a draft reply, edit it, and post it yourself from your own Reddit account.
- Set the status:
Handled leads leave the open list. Through the API or MCP,
include_handled: true shows them again.
Why should I answer fresh threads?
The best time to answer is before a thread has fifty comments. Fresh posts show the age and comment count so you can pick the ones still small. What can go wrong?
